Returns and Refunds
Please note that all purchases made on our website are considered final. We accept returns only in the case of defective or damaged products, as assessed and confirmed by our quality control team. Refunds will be provided in the form of SWARNAKAYU e-vouchers, which can be redeemed for any future purchase within a validity period of one month.
For any refund or exchange queries, our customer service team will handle them on a case-by-case basis. We strongly encourage you to share relevant images and videos during the process to assist our team in providing better support.
Incorrect Product | Incomplete Product | Damaged Packaging
In the situations mentioned above, please raise a request within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be considered. Additionally, please attach images and videos of the outer packing, inner packing, and product from all angles to facilitate the resolution process. If you have discarded the packaging, we regret that we cannot assist you further.
Delivery Issues, Problems with the Delivery Agent, Issues with POD (Proof of Delivery)
For delivery-related issues, problems with the delivery agent, or issues with the proof of delivery, please raise a request within 24 hours of receiving the product. This timeframe aligns with the deadline set by our courier partners for such cases. Kindly attach your identity and signature proof to the request as it will aid in resolving the issue.
COD/Prepaid Issues, Payment Issues, Delay in Delivery
For COD/prepaid issues, payment problems, or delays in delivery, please contact our customer care team between 10 am to 6 pm on business days. We are available to assist you and ensure your satisfaction.
Please note that refunds will only be provided in the form of SWARNAKAYU e-vouchers, which can be used for future purchases.
All Other Products
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in mint condition, with its original packaging intact. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.
There are certain situations where partial e-vouchers may be granted, such as:
- Items returned in a condition other than their original state, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.
- Items returned more than 48 hours after delivery.
E-vouchers (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming its receipt. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your e-voucher generation request. The e-voucher will be generated within 48 hours of receiving the product at our warehouse.
If your order was made through cash on delivery (COD), please share your bank account details with our customer care team at care@swarnakayu.com for the refund transfer. If you purchased through a third-party or any other e-commerce portal, please contact their customer care for assistance.
Please be aware that the SWARNAKAYU Team will never ask you to disclose or share personal information such as passwords, OTPs, credit card details, or debit card details through WhatsApp. Please refrain from responding to any WhatsApp messages that request such information.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If necessary, reach out to your bank, as there might be a processing time involved. If you have completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at care@swarnakayu.com. Our team will be glad to assist you with your queries.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. All items purchased during a sale are considered final and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless the product is damaged.
