E-Gift Cards (Terms & Conditions):
The gift card can be loaded in multiples of INR 500 with a minimum value of Rs 1000.
The gift card is valid for one year from the date of issuance, and any unused balance will not be refunded or credited upon expiration.
The gift card can only be redeemed at exclusive Swarnakayu 24K Gold Ayurveda stores or www.swarnakayu.com.
The gift card can be used in full or partially and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
Swarnakayu 24K Gold Ayurveda reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or discontinue the card at its discretion.
No replacement, refund, or compensation will be provided for any damaged, mutilated, or lost card.
Disputes related to the card or its usage shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the courts of Delhi.
The gift card is not legal tender and cannot be recharged or revalidated.
No loyalty points will be awarded for the value of the gift card during any transaction.
The gift card cannot be combined with any other promotion or benefit.
Swarnakayu 24K Gold Ayurveda reserves the right to change, modify, add, or delete any terms and conditions related to the Free Trial promotion and can withdraw or limit it at its discretion.
General:
These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us regarding your use of the website and supersede all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the website and providing notice of such change.
